How can I execute the explorer with arguements and get the return output in web application?

Hi All,
How can I execute the explorer with arguements and get the return output in web application?
For example:
There is a button on my web application. Once user clicks this link, system will execute an exploer with link - http://www.SMS.com. And there will be a output result (eg: 00000AABB) displayed on the new explorer. I would like to retrieve this output result as well. How can I implement this function?
