Want to get selectedValue of dropDownlist which is inside your usercontrol?

string controlnameid = "uxLookupField" + state + "TicketStatus";

I need to put the string controlnameid
I will not know the name of the control util runtime:
that it is uxLookupFieldOpenTicketStatus or uxLookupFieldClosedTicketStatus

System.Web.UI.WebControls.DropDownList ddl = (DropDownList)uxLookupFieldOpenTicketStatus.FindControl("LookupFieldTicketStatusDropDown");
