No value given for one or more required parameters

Database MSSQLSERVER 2008
Visual Web Developer 2008 Express
I am simply attempting to use a details view to insert and edit fields in the database. Some fields in the database have value some are NULL. All fields except the id accept NULL values.
This should be a straight forward process, but for some reason it isn't.
