How to make my videos stream from a streaming server?

Hello all,

I am using FLV Player for streaming my (.flv) videos..
but i have two scenarios here,
1. to stream my videos on demand.
2. To make the videos stream LIVE, i.e. from a streaming server through rtmp .

the first one is working fine, but I am getting problem with the second one, can any one help me for my problem..
