Unable to download a file using MVC4 .

I have no.of Files Name inside inside project folder.First i am printing those filename and at the same time i have for every file name one button[Download ] .Once click on Download button i want Download the file .But i am not getting .
Please help me anyone .Urgent Requirement.and also i attached one image file ,I want like that.
