windows metro/windows store like application

Hello Guys,

I have to create a full screen application (desktop or web application).
It must have styles like windows metro/store application and shouled open
in full screen.

I know i have to use windows 8 and vs2012 but no.
Im using win 7 with vs '10.

Let me know how to do.
