Hello friends,i am thinking of developing an online appointment system where user can book an appointment and will query status via a mobile phone.I am thinking of making it a convincing system with real time response since i must consider sending sms to a user upon sucessful booking.Can someone give advice me on implementing the system ,either what you think about pro's and con's.
