speed up radgrid binding

My Radgrid taking so long time to bind a 50000 rows.How to increase its performance.

Sometimes while binding it struck with the page.

I have loaded all 50000 rows in datatable and binding..

Radgrid.datasource=datatable;
radgrid.databind()
