VB Script- archive the 15 days older files based on date contained in filename

I am looking for VBScript to archive 15 days older text files from log folder (C:\Program Files\Log Files) to archive folder (D:\Backup Data\Archive) and delete the 30 days older files from archive folder. Date should be taken from filename. Text Filenames format is as shown in below.

20160821
20160822
20160823
20160824
Utilise - 20160821
Utilise - 20160822
Utilise - 20160823
Utilise - 20160824
