fingerprint,barcode scanner,printer device integration in mvc5

hi all,
I am Manorama,

i have barcode scanner,fingerprint scanner,and small printing machine devices.please guide me how to link this devices functionality with our razor mvc5 c# code.and

1). how to read fingerprint and how to upload and verify fingerprint details of user into sql database.
2).if i scan barcode with scanner how can i fetch product details from db
3).how to print details into printing machine.

in c# mvc5 for windows8.1.

Please guide me free sdks/plugins.
