Steps ,to create MVC ,APPLICATION

I am creating a MVC application. VS Professional 2013
Steps followed;
Type A
1.File->New project ->Visual studio project
Solution was created

Now Right click Select Add->New project -->Visual C# -->Web-->Asp,net MVC 4 Web Application and type Internet application -->Razor


Type B:

1 File menu-->Templates-->Visual C#-->Web-->Visual studio 2012 -->ASP.NET MVC WEB Application




Could you tell me which one is correct format to open a MVC application

when i try to create a project by TYPE A it shows an
(HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden The Web server is configured to not list the contents of this directory)
forbidden error.
