In case you are unsure on what is the name of your windows account, press Windows + R key (to open the run dialogue box) and cmd and press enter key.
Alternatively, you can go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt.
Write "WhoAmI" and press enter. This should give you the complete name of your windows account.
