using MS Access database

hi,I have visited your articles.you have done these all simple and very useful manner.I am using ASP.Net with MS Access database.i have written appsettings in web.config.and also i have written a class for declaring objects for oledbconnection,oledbcommand like that.when i try to access in code behind it's showing the error "Could not use ''; file already in use".Could you please help me to solve this problem.
