Flash audio not working in my page

friends its a bit urgent.. i have flash in my webpage. Video is fine but audio is not working.. pls see the below code ..

Do i need to add any other properties?

0	thnx alot for your reply.. i couldnt downlaod attachd file. and i got fixed with the problem of sound now, but in Chrome(fine with IE and firefox) the flash alignment and background color are different..
