Hi All,

I cannot create the web reference in asp.net it shows the following error. please provide the solution for this ASAP.

There was an error downloading 'http://localhost:1475/WebServiceProject/Service.asmx'.
Unable to connect to the remote server No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:1475
