How many types controls in .net 3.5 ?

i want to all types of controls name with simple example.
and also give name of all control and how i used it.

0	There are 8 types of controls in ASP.NET 3.5 and they are 1. Standard 2. Data 3. Validation 4. Navigation 5. Login 6. WebParts 7. AJAX Extensions 8.
