Create Image Thumbnails in C#

i have create a thumbnails for tiff images having multiple pages ,when i click on the pages that page must be visible in the picture box

I wonder whether there are some differences between them? And I am considering to employ one to help me with the related work. Any good suggestion? Thanks in advance.
