Urgent Highlight area of Map while clicking on Region

Hi,

I am making one page on which I want that if I am clicking on India than it should highlight map of India in world map. And rest all should go dim coloured. And also want to have some arrow kind of pointer to be placed at that area.

I want it to be done on HTML, CSS, Jquery

IT KNOWLEDGE IS APPLIED KNOWLEDGE
