How to developing Android Applications in .NET

Dear Friends,

Here I am developing one android web application using .NET(using mono Android).My aim is once install the android app in our android device through connect the WiFi then will i get to the android device id,WiFi connecting time and date. Could you please send me this type of examples ASAP.
