I am using mapquest maps in my web applications.
I want the free one.
There are two options available Licensed Data SDKs and Open Data SDKs.
Can any one tell me which one is free.

After a long time, I have find my answer to this questions.
Here is the link:-
http://developer.mapquest.com/web/tools/getting-started/platform/why-mapquest
This says that:-
1. MapQuest offers both Community Edition and Enterprise Edition licenses.
-> ENTERPRISE EDITION (Licensed Data)
-> COMMUNITY EDITION (Licensed Data)
-> COMMUNITY EDITION (Open Data)
2. ENTERPRISE EDITION (Licensed Data):- Starting at $2,500 annually, the Enterprise Edition using Licensed Data is the obvious choice for businesses looking to take full advantage of the MapQuest Platform.
3. COMMUNITY EDITION (Licensed Data) and COMMUNITY EDITION (Open Data) :-
Community Edition licenses are free
, with limitations on the types of applications and volume of requests that can be sent.
