In IE 9 and 8, upload button is not displaying. [Resolved]

I am using Uploadify file upload control.
Link:- http://www.uploadify.com/
This is working fine in chrome, Mozilla and IE above 10.
But in the IE 9 and 8, upload button is not displaying.
This is generated in flash.
Can any one help me.
