Inserting email address to sql server table

How to insert an email address into a sql table. Please help me out.

0	You can declare a VarChar column in your table and use it just like another string variable. CREATE TABLE SampleTable ( EmailAddress VARCHAR(250) ); Are you facing any issues while try to insert data into sql table.
