Access denied while uploading the file to Remote machine in asp.net

Hi sir,
I am getting "Access denied" error while uploading the file to remote machine. My requirement is " I have hosted web application in one webserver", if i upload the file , it is saved to another remote machine. Kindly give me solution for this problem.
