ASP.NET Application for both Andorid and Windows Phone

Hi My Dear Friends,

I have developed a site in ASP.Net. It works fine. This site is basically on different types of Transactions in a small Company.

Now my client requires an APP for the android phone which has to work same as the online application.

How to develop the application for the Phone. Is I have to learn Android for this or Can I develop using the DotNet Mobile Application for this. And also it has to work for both the Android and the Windows Phone.
