What is the use of App_MasterPages in Asp.net?

Hi sir,
Tell me the use of App_MasterPages in Asp.net. Kindly give me the solution for this problem.

0	Hi Prabu, As per my knowledge there is nothing called App_MasterPages in asp.net. Few people might have suggested Microsoft to keep a folder called App_MasterPages like other ASP.NET folders (App_Code, App_Data etc.) to keep all master pages in this folder (to better manage master pages) but officially I didn't see App_MasterPages folder from Microsoft. However you may be free to create such folder and keep all your Master pages into this folder. Googling this, I could find https://github.com/vzrus/YAF-and-MojoPortal-Add-Ons/tree/master/YetAnotherForum.Mojo.Src/YAF.Mojo.UI/App_MasterPages but there is no much information apart from what I already explained above.
