Hi Friends,

i ve the website to my sales ppl ve to enter there incentive for every month as my company law that entry ll open only on that twodays here most of the sales ppl not know the deadline.
Now My requirement is i wanna display deadline like an example

suppose the portal ll close on 10th jul-2014 midnight 11:59:59 pm means

i wanna show like incentive portal ll close on

2 days 23 hours 36 mins 41 seconds

how to make code for that?
