correct 302 found message, instead of 200 OK in my website

hi..

In my website am using URl Rewrite code in Global.asax file Everything is working fine. i thought to submit my url to third party site.They are saying Your site responds "302 found"instead of "200 OK"

How can i get 200 response as server header.How to correct server header request.But my site is working fine
i think the problem arise only for using URl Rewrite code
