I want to show a popup message box when the browser window is in minimise state.
actually theere is requirement so that when a user complete it task then message is goes to next user ( i have show the blinking button in master page ) , but if the second user minimises his window so he cant see the message, there for i need a popup message or window show on desktop if he/she minimise the window . any idea.
