Local Intranet website is not resolved by Hostname

I have a local Intranet website in my office.This website from last few days is not resolved by Hostname,but when I tried using the IP Address of the server the Website is working.

Previously this issue have been faced by us but restarting the Webserver was resolving the issue.

Can anyone tell me the permanent solution for this? or is there any workaround that can be done?

Thanks for your reply.

The IP Address is Static only.

The Link with Hostname was working a few days back.
But now that link is not working.

Also the link with IP Address is working as expected.

So i want to know what is the reason for this case.
And how can I resolve the issue once for all.
