How to edit and delete button display in grid when autogenreratingcol is true

I have binded radgrid by autogeneratingcolumns=true and got data from datatable...

In this case how will I include Edit and delete buttons in grid..?

Edit should come in first column and delete should be in last column..

Since I included grid from datatable I'm unable to bring the delete button at last columns
