what is etl testing is there any etl tool related to particularly for ssis and ssrs

I would like to know about what is etl testing and how it is related to ssis and ssrs and it is related to anyother etl tools please explain.

0	ETL is a component, which manages the data for a business process. ETL stands for Extract, Transform and Load. Extract --processes the reading data from a database. Transform converts the data into a format that could be appropriate for reporting and analysis. Load-- the processes the writing the data into the target database.
