Cant install ISO file Visual studio 2013 of ( 6.5gb file) [Resolved]

Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2013 for Windows Desktop with Update 4

Please help
From the above link I've downloaded the visual studio express 2013 ISO image file.
And extracted complete file using POWER ISO extractor.

Now when i run wdexpress_full, It just only shows the VISUAL STUDIO logo and does nothing.
I am really struggling to get one working software to learn ASP.NET for few weeks now but not having any luck, even after downloading 6.5GB of file i cant install.
Plese Please help.

0	Hi I ve completely extracted the whole ISO file to local directory, Now when i try to run the exe it does nothing but just displays the logo saying VISUAL STUDIO 2013. Thats it. Dnarayan, if this helps please login to Mark As Answer. \| Alert Moderator

0	ISO file is the installer file that comes out as an Image.
