How to start WCF service automatically without using AppFabric

I have developed a WCF service which makes use of Silverlight. Whenever my application pool or IIS restarts, i need to start it manually then only my application works.
Is there any way (other than using AppFabric) to start it automatically whenever my application pool or IIS or machine restarts?

Can this be done through any configuration or coding is required??

Please let me know.
