Iam having 2+ Experience in C#, ASP .Net, RDLC reports and SQL Server 2008, please give the tips to upgrade myself and maintain a good level of information regarding technologies. As we have many Experts and Experienced guys in this Group, so they can share their routines and practices. I think it will be much helpful. Thanks in Advance

0	Hi Amatya, Thanks for asking and indeed it is the 1st step to be a successful programmer. I think the best way to learn is to practice and whatever you learn share to the world. Get feedback and then improve. I have learnt tons of stuffs because I was writing what I was learning. When I write I try to get maximum information on that topic to make the article impressive and in this way I learn. This knowledge helps me in doing my full time job and creates a great impression in my company.
