We have a News menu, but no updation [Resolved]

Sir, we have a news option but no current news related to Computer is Updated. A normal users like me can update ?

0	@Amatya Sir, OK. It is the News and Events page. So you click on the News tab First. There you will find "Post News and Event List" link. Click on that and the "Submit IT News and Events" page opens. Provide a "Title", "Supportive URL" and "Description" and finally click on the "Submit" button. 0	Haa ha.. I want to say that next to tutorial tab, their is a menu of News.. But no information are updated (Iam talking about this website).
