Hello Guys
I have one DTS package , executing using windows services.
Now i am thinking to execute using sql server jobs would be any difference in terms performance

IMO SQL Jobs and Window Services are options to trigger the execution of ssis package at regular intervals. These does not have any performance impact as such.
Having said this I find it easier to manage SQL job as the deployment and other maintainability activities are easier on SQL jobs than window services.
