Please fix this field

Hi Friends,

While doing Off page SEO, especially Directory Submissions, URL is not accepted. Most of the directories are shows "please fix this field" or "The URL could not be validated. Either the page does not exist or the server could not be contacted" like this.

What is the reason. Why it happens, Anybody knows?

0	The URL may have any special characters or any invalid characters. Most of the site does not accept some of the white space characters or script based characters or unique values, which may cause XSS security threat to the site. Try URL encode of the same URL and try to provide to those site, if that works then confirm that the issue with the URL characters.
