Creating Poll based Application in MVC [Resolved]

Hi,

I am planning to create a Poll website using MVC.NET architecture.
I want to add some Jquery Plugin and create website based on that.
Like just plug and play and not much coding oriented kind. Like just start project and finishing it without taking time.

Kindly suggest some nice ready to go Jquery plugins for poll applications.
