Is it possible to add a searching criteria by Authors in the Search tab.So the readers of DotnetFunda can easily filter their article,forums,codes etc.

If we understood your question correctly, its easy to do this.
You can go to
http://www.dotnetfunda.com/search/SearchMembers.aspx
(Members from footer link), search for the authors using their username and click on the username from the search result, you will get their profile where all the post submitted by that members are available sections wise (For example,
http://www.dotnetfunda.com/profile/SheoNarayan.aspx
link shows all the post made by Mr. Sheo Narayan).
You can click on respective section link on the profile page (at the bottom) to go to the posts submitted by that member.
