Regarding Experience section in the profile page

Hi Webmaster,

I have one small query. In the profile section, the experience drop-down box shows zero or discrete value like 1,2,3....etc...
If somebody has 7 months(suppose) of experience then either he has to choose 1 year or 0...!
What will he do that in that case?

Can you please share some information regarding these....
