Actually I wanted to access the IIS service of other computer on my computer through LAN. So when I was trying to access, it was showing an error message that "Unable to access".
So the solution for this error is just to turnoff the Windows FireWall.
So to turnoff your Windows FireWall,
- Goto control panel
- Select Windows FireWall
- Then turnoff "Home or Work(Private) networks" and "Public networks"
After doing this you can be able to access the LAN machine.
