Program and add columns and rows to dalalist dynamically

My requirement is I need to create a control using Datagrid/datalist which would behave like an excelsheet where I can add/insert rows and columns to it dynamically anywhere by clicking or selecting and also validate the values entered in them.

Suggest if any one has any idea on this.
