For that you will need to buy a web server (may be shared) from hosting provider company. You can click http://www.findbestwebhosting.com/top10hostingcompanies.aspx/windows-web-hosting/1 to find good one.

Once you have it then generally hosting company configure your domain name (if it is shared hosting) if not you will have to do that yourself and for that you can ask for documentation from your hosting company. Hosting company will also provide you FTP username and password that you can use to copy your website project to the server.

In case you have dedicated hosting then you can use this article to create a website in the IIS http://www.dotnetfunda.com/articles/article1247-how-to-host-aspnet-application-on-the-web-server-iis-.aspx .

Thanks

Obviously, if you want to host your site so that anyone on the Internet can see it, you need to have a static IP bound to your server. Please remember that I purposely stated that you need an IP address due to the fact that you want to host it on the Internet.
