How to Install IIS in window 7 home basic

i am unable to install iis in window 7 home basic (i have purchased dell machine and this os is install on this machin)
i will also turn on window feature in control panel>program option and theWindows Features dialog box, click Internet Information Servicesand then click OK
but iis not work it gives "404" handler error when i typing 'http://localhost' on web browser so please help me as soon as possible.

0	Hi Hiren, I have done exactly what you have said. But the IIS windows is not opening. It shows some error message "Windows cannot find 'inetmgr'.
