how to solve this vs 2010 issue

i am install vs 2010 then i am create new website. When i run my project following
webconfig error comes how to solve this refer below jpg file.

0	try the following Closing the solution in Visual Studio Deleting the obj and bin directories from the project. Open the solution again and build , check if that error is still there.
