How to implement Frame set in c#

Hi
I want the page to be divided into 2 parts,i.e. location and facilities and careers page in verical manner .
In page there should be tab which shows the titles of pages.On clicking the selective page the information should be displayed in by the side of it.Help Me with an attachment,it's very urgent
