What should be exposed as SOA?

Hi,
I am working on asp.net 3.5 I used WCF only for Ajax purpose.
My entire application is developed in .net itself. We are not consuming any outside service(web,wcf) yet.

1.My question is should we developed each and every thing as service rather than using classes & objects and Why?
