I am MCA student 2013 batch.now i joined a small company as a dotnet developer in september 2013. 1.82k per annum.during this i cleared two microsoft exams(sql server 2008, .net framework 4.0). my question is can i try other company after one year or should i work for 2 years.

Hi Vinothkumar,
Two years will provide you with a decent real time experience to help answer interview questions if at all you would stick to your current company. One year these days is hard to consider as any experience. Please don't be in a hurry to change companies quiet often this might make companies rethink before they make an offer. The first two to three years the primary focus should be on shaping yourself as a technical expert than anything else.
