Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself Pranali Patil. I have completed B.E. in computers in 2012 and working in a small software firm as a Jr. Software engineer since june 2013. Now I have completed 1 year here. In this 1 year I got good development experience on different technologies like JAVA ,Oracle, android.
But the yearly appraisal is very less so I started searching for a another job so I gave an interview in Capgemini ltd., mumbai in may 2014 for the post of Oracle PL/SQL developer and I got selected in Capgemini. But they offering me designation as Sr.Software engineer and package 3.1 lpa. As the interviews were conducted for candidates having experience between 0.6 months to 2 years. I have a doubt that there are high chances that they will put me on some support project. And I dont want to work on support projects at this stage.

So now I am confused what to choose the one where I am working or the capgemini. In current companay i have a package of 2.1 lpa.

Please help. Your advice will be appreciable.
Thank you.
