regarding my career....(development or testing)

hiii..

i have done MCA master in computer applications....and i have moved to Australia...and i am looking for job in my profession...but iam confused that in which way i should go...i mean which stream....?? basically i have done project in dot net in my last semester ...and i am not sure that which profession i should choose....and i am not that much perfect in all the area's ...and as i see here that there are lots of postings available in the job sites....but i am unable to submit any one of resumes..as they r asking experience.....and even i have listened that basically for the females testing career is good...so please suggest me...what should i do....how can i get the job....
